2. Academic Assessment Services
Submitting a diagnostic assessment request initiates an academic evaluation process. It does not constitute an automatic guarantee of class enrollment until schedule availability, curriculum fit, and admissions agreements are finalized between the guardian and Solvix Academy.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary teaching frameworks (including the 5-stage learning cycle: Understand → Practice → Analyze → Verify → Master), curriculum materials, problem compilations, diagnostic rubrics, brand emblems, and digital assets on this website are the intellectual property of Solvix Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial scraping, or distribution without express written consent is prohibited.
4. Code of Conduct & Academic Honesty
Solvix Academy is dedicated to authentic mathematical comprehension. Students are expected to engage respectfully with educators, maintain punctuality in live sessions, and produce independent working steps for assessments and diagnostic tests.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
